FAQ

Questions about EDGE Personality.

How long does it take to complete?+

Typically 10–15 minutes. Forced-choice items keep response sets compact and reduce social desirability bias.

What does the report include?+

A primary and (where applicable) secondary EDGE profile, plus five narrative cards: General Characteristics, Potential Strengths, Potential Limitations, Internal Motivators, and External Motivators.

Can two people have the same EDGE profile but read very differently?+

Yes. The EDGE letter profile is the entry point, not the full picture. The five narrative cards bring out individual nuance even within the same combination.
